WELCOME TO MORGAN'S INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN PORTFOLIO
Executive Summary
The following collection of Morgan's works, modules, research and theory throughout her time in the Instructional Design and Technology Master's program really display who she is as a person. Bringing her background in communication, social media and a passion for creation; she has sculpted many of her projects along that theme.

Using a user-focused theme throughout her instruction and projects, she understands that no two people learn and retain information exactly the same. Therefore, you will see a combination of traditional learning styles and theories as well as some gamified aspects.

During her time in EME 610- Trends and Issues of Instructional Design--what she deems as her favorite course of the program--she developed and interest in the research of gamification in higher education and day-to-day practice. This passion extended into a growing thirst for knowledge of Extended Reality Technologies which you will see in here EME 603 project.

Her portfolio showcases a range of projects highlighting different systematic approaches such as the ADDIE process approach, ARCS Model, Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction and Bloom's Taxonomy. In some projects, she has included final reports that will show in detail all steps including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Morgan’s critical areas of strength as an instructional designer include instructional design strategy, organization, needs analysis, and evaluation and repetition. Each project demonstrates intentional choices for design, learning experiences, and using technology to the learner's advantage. As you scroll down this page, you will find Morgan's earliest projects closer to the top, and more recent towards the bottom in chronological order.
